- Go-to-Market Strategy: Track customer acquisition channels, sales processes, and market penetration tactics
Financial & Traction Metrics
- Growth Metrics: Capture revenue growth, user growth, retention rates, and key performance indicators
- Unit Economics: Track LTV/CAC ratios, gross margins, burn rates, and path to profitability
- Funding Requirements: Note capital needs, use of funds, runway extension, and milestone achievements
